What we collect
You give us: your email address, a display name, your picks and saved parlays, your email preferences, and anything you send us directly.
We collect automatically: pages viewed, features used, and basic technical data like browser type and IP address.
We never collect: your card number (our payment processor handles that), your sportsbook login — we will never ask and you should never give it to anyone — your betting history unless you enter it yourself, or your precise location.
If you post bets, that activity is public — your handle, your posts, your record, your BeatNeekWeek standing and your badges. Your handle, standing and badges are on a profile page anyone with the link can open; your posts and the record from them need Pro or a day pass, like the rest of Peek of the Day. Your email, your name and your billing details are never public. Profiles aren't indexed by search engines.
What we do with it
Run your account, deliver what you paid for, send you transactional email and reports you've opted into, fix things that break, and meet legal and tax obligations.
We don't sell your information. We don't share it for anyone else's advertising.
Who else touches it
Service providers who work for us, under contract, only for what we hire them to do:
Supabase (database, sign-in) · Vercel (hosting) · Stripe (billing) · Resend (email) · PostHog (analytics) · Google (sign-in, if you use it)
We'll also disclose information if legally required, or to protect the service from fraud and abuse.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep you signed in. Analytics cookies tell us which features get used. No advertising cookies, no third-party ad tracking. Blocking essential cookies will break sign-in.
Your rights — all of them, wherever you live
You can see what we hold, correct it, delete it, take it with you, and opt out of anything you've opted into. We won't treat you differently for asking.
Some states guarantee these rights and some don't. We give them to everyone.
How: email privacy@neekspeeks.app from your account address. We'll respond within 45 days. If we say no, you can appeal by replying.
How long we keep it
While your account is active. When you delete your account we delete your personal information within 30 days, except payment records we're required to keep for tax purposes.
Age
This site is for adults 21 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 and don't allow accounts for anyone under 21. If you think a child has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.
Security
We use encryption, access controls, and passwordless sign-in — we never store passwords, because we don't use them.
No system is perfectly secure. Your email account controls your NeeksPeeks account, so keep it safe. If a breach affects you, we'll notify you as the law requires.
Changes
We'll announce material changes on the site and by email where required.
