Terms of Service

What this is

NeeksPeeks publishes sports betting odds comparison and analytics. We are not a sportsbook. We don't accept wagers, hold money, or pay out. Every bet you place is between you and a licensed operator.

We don't give gambling advice and we don't guarantee anything. Our numbers describe prices and historical rates. They don't predict results. A play we flag can lose. Most bettors lose money over time. Nothing here changes that.

We currently have no affiliate relationships with any sportsbook. We aren't paid for rankings, placement, or flagged plays. Best price means best price. If that ever changes, we'll say so clearly on the page.

What members post

Members post their own bets. We don't check them, endorse them, or stand behind them.

A post is one member's opinion about one bet. It isn't advice from us, and the person who posted it isn't our employee, our partner, or someone we've vetted. We don't know if they're any good. Neither do you.

We show you what we can measure — their record on posts they've made here, with the count behind it. That record covers what they posted on this site, not what they actually bet. Someone can post their best ideas and bet differently.

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you give us permission to display it on the site, in leaderboards, on your profile, and in images people share. That permission lasts as long as the post does.

Tailing

Tailing copies someone else's bet into your own tools. That's your decision, not our recommendation.

We built the button because people asked for it. We're not telling you that bet is good, and we don't check whether the person you tailed knows what they're doing.

If you tail a bet and lose, that's your loss. Same as any other bet you place.

Moderation

We can remove any post, and we can close any account.

Posts are checked before they appear. Some get blocked. We also remove things after the fact when we need to — spam, selling picks, links to other sites, abuse, or anything else we decide doesn't belong.

We don't have to explain a removal, and we don't have to be consistent about it. We'd rather over-remove than let this become a place people sell picks.

Removing a post doesn't erase the record it belongs to. Other people tailed those bets and their records depend on them.

Your profile

If you post, your activity is public. Your handle, your BeatNeekWeek record and your badges are on a profile page anyone with the link can open. Your posts and the record built from them sit behind the same door as the rest of Peek of the Day — Pro, or a day pass.

Your personal information is never public — not your email, not your name, not your billing. Only what you do on the site. Profiles aren't indexed by search engines.

Who can use it

You must be 21 or older. Our content covers books we understand to be legal in Michigan. Knowing the law where you are is your responsibility.

We may close any account we believe belongs to someone under 21.

Your account

We use passwordless sign-in, so whoever controls your email controls your account. Keep it secure. One account per person. Tell us at support@neekspeeks.app if something looks wrong.

Paying for Pro

Two prices, same access: $29.99/month or $9.99/week. Both renew automatically until you cancel.

7 days free, once per person — if you've had the trial on one price, you don't get it again on the other. A payment card is required up front. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, billing starts automatically.

Cancel any time in account settings. It takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you keep access until then.

You can switch between weekly and monthly from account settings, which opens the billing portal our payment processor runs. Rather than buying a second subscription — we refuse that, so nobody ends up paying twice for the same access.

Peek of the Day on its own — $4.99. One time, for that day, ending at midnight Eastern. It doesn't renew. It gets you the peek and the member feed with it, and nothing else — not the Neek-a-lator, not the lookup, not the portfolio.

Refunds: non-refundable except where required by law. Contact us if you think a charge was an error.

If Pro ends, your saved parlays, posts and history stay visible in read-only form. Pro features stop. Nothing is deleted unless you delete your account.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see your card number.

Prices may change on 30 days' notice, never for a period you've already paid for.

BeatNeekWeek

Free. No entry fee, no cash prize, not a wager. Scoring rules are on the site. We may void picks or remove accounts for multiple accounts or automated play.

Data accuracy — read this one

Odds, scores and stats come from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Prices move constantly.

Always check the price at the sportsbook before you bet. We're not responsible for a difference between what we show and what a book offers.

Hit rates and fair lines are calculated from the data we have. A rate based on a small sample is a weak estimate — we show the sample size so you can judge it.

A member or Neek can say a bet carries a boost from their sportsbook. We can't verify that. On Neek's peek we show the boosted payout and the real price beside it, so you can see what the book is offering and what the boost did to it. On a member's post we show the price they say they took and the boost they say they got, and we don't compute a boosted payout from it at all — a self-declared boost never enters a record or a leaderboard.

Real boosts have limits we can't see — maximum stakes, eligible markets, profit-only rules. Check the terms at your book. The number we show is the maths, not a promise about what you'll be paid.

What you can't do

Don't scrape the site, resell our data, use bots, share accounts, or use the Service to promote unlicensed operators. We may terminate access for any of these.

Don't sell picks, advertise a service, or link to one. Don't post someone else's content as your own. Don't use multiple accounts to game a leaderboard. Don't post a bet you didn't make to inflate a record.

Responsible gambling

If gambling is causing you harm, call 1-800-GAMBLER.

Michigan offers self-exclusion from licensed internet gaming through the Michigan Gaming Control Board.

Set limits before you play. Never wager money you can't afford to lose. Where our tools suggest a stake, they're describing math — not telling you what to do.

The legal minimum

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.

You are solely responsible for your betting decisions and their outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost wagers or gambling losses. Our total liability won't exceed what you paid us in the past twelve months.

Links to sportsbooks lead to sites we don't control and aren't responsible for.

Ending it

You can delete your account any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, suspected fraud, or legal requirement.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes get announced on the site, and by email for subscribers, 30 days ahead.

Law

Governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Marquette County, Michigan.
